At Balbirnie Oral Care we are dedicated to listening to the patient's needs and delivering a care package to suit.
Whether the patient is seeing us for surgical removal of teeth, root canal treatment, hygiene care or dental implants we want to understand their wishes from the outset. All patients vary in their needs and we like to support them fully throughout treatment, whether it is just one visit or many visits over a longer timescale.
From the moment a patient is referred to us our dedicated team of dental nurses are already listening.
They will be the first to speak with the patient whilst arranging appointments. They can answer the patient's concerns and queries simply. They ensure that the patient is placed on the correct care pathway thus ensuring optimum care and the best experience and outcome for them.
Our clinicians listen carefully to the patient's concerns and expectations from the first appointment. They can then offer a treatment plan to suit the needs of the patient by tailoring a clinically appropriate treatment plan to suit.
We appreciate that circumstances and needs can change throughout the patient's treatment journey with us.
