Arriving by car from the Kirkcaldy direction
At the large Bankhead roundabout (A92) take the 5th exit for Glenrothes East and Woodside. Proceed 0.6 miles south along Woodside Way. You will see a distinctive Velux Windows building on your right hand side. In a further 100m, turn left at the mini roundabout and Woodside Inn.
Take the next right turn onto Balbirnie Road. The surgery will be visible as you turn in to this road. Take the first left into our car park.
Arriving by car from the Cupar direction
At the large Prestonhall roundabout (A92) take the 2nd exit for Glenrothes East and Woodside. Proceed ½ mile south along Woodside Way. At the mini roundabout at the Woodside Inn, turn right.
Take the next right turn onto Balbirnie Road. The surgery will be visible as you turn in to this road. Take the first left into our car park.
Arriving by car from the Leven direction
At the large Prestonhall roundabout (A92) take the 1st exit for Glenrothes East and Woodside. Proceed ½ mile south along Woodside Way. At the mini roundabout at the Woodside Inn, turn right.
Take the next right turn onto Balbirnie Road. The surgery will be visible as you turn in to this road. Take the first left into our car park.
Arriving by car from the Leslie direction
Continue straight ahead through the first 4 roundabouts you encounter. At the large Prestonhall roundabout (A92) take the 3rd exit for Glenrothes East and Woodside. Proceed ½ mile south along Woodside Way. At the mini roundabout at the Woodside Inn, turn right.
Take the next right turn onto Balbirnie Road. The surgery will be visible as you turn in to this road. Take the first left into our car park.
Arriving by bus
Alight at Glenrothes bus station at the rear of the Kingdom Shopping Centre. There is a taxi rank here. It is a short 4 minute taxi ride.
Otherwise, walk East along Woodside Road for 1.2 miles. This should take 20 minutes. You will pass Cos Lane Medical Centre and Boots the Chemist on your left and the Co-Op Store on your right. Keeping walking under the road bridge. Balbirnie Oral Care is on your left hand side just after the bridge.
Arriving by train
Alight at Markinch train station. There is a taxi rank here and a taxi office on Main Street. It is a short 10 minute taxi ride to us from here.
